I can’t say enough great things about Reynolds Orthodontics! Dr. Jenn is absolutely amazing—she’s incredibly knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and truly takes the time to make sure every part of your treatment is done right. I originally started treatment to help improve my TMJ, and I really appreciate how particular and thorough she is with every adjustment. The entire team is exceptional. Every staff member is friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cares about their patients, making each appointment a positive experience. You never feel rushed, and everyone goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. If you’re looking for an orthodontist who is skilled, caring, and focused on achieving the best possible results, I highly recommend Reynolds Orthodontics. I’m so glad I chose them! ashley s

My daughter had a broken bracket on her Damon braces while in Michigan. I called numerous orthodontists in the area and none would even consider seeing her as she wasn’t their patient. On the Damon braces site, Dr Reynolds was listed as a “preferred partner” so I called the office and explained the situation. Not only did Dr Reynolds call me back quickly and ask for a picture. He evaluated that it did need to be fixed and created an emergency appointment for us within 24 hrs (first thing the next morning) at the location closest to us. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but imagine my surprise that we arrived and she was immediately helped while I sat in a massage chair. The staff were so friendly, the office was so inviting and the service could not have been better. They quickly fixed her broken bracket and didn’t even charge me. Again, I was shocked at the kindness and professionalism. If you want a family orthodontist that truly cares about kids whether they are their patient or not, I absolutely recommend them. Thank you Dr Reynolds for your help!!

I scheduled a consultation online but didn’t realize it didn’t actually schedule the appointment. My daughter and I went in and was STILL seen! The front desk staff was very kind, understanding and patient. I even offered to come back, but was told to hang tight and they fit us in. My daughter got her X-rays, a treatment plan and had her braces on and we were on our way home in a couple of hours! The payment plan, deposit and entire process was seamless. We are very happy we chose Reynolds Orthodontics. Thank you for the great first experience with this process.

I liked them at first but I’ve realized how much they just want to get patients in and out like a herd. My daughter had food stuck in her teeth, and instead of rinsing it off for her or allowing her to brush while the wire was off they just said to have her brush better and let it sit on her teeth. Especially since we had to sit for another 20 minutes waiting for the orthodontist. Maybe we can normalize brushing and flossing while the wires are off.
